What is the Food Like?
Our crew have a witty catch phrase - "the more you eat, the better you float," and this is ensured with a variety of dining experiences including beach barbecues and smorgasbords, as well as both morning and afternoon teas. Your tastebuds will be tempted with some of the finest cuisine Fiji has to offer. Indulge in exotic island specialities such as kokoda, a magnificent marinated fish dish, dalo (root vegetable) and spicy curries. We also cater for the special needs of vegetarians, vegans and children. Your dining experiences will also include the traditional Fijian lovo feast, which is wrapped in banana leaves and slowly cooked on hot stones in an earth oven, covered with palm fronds. This is a memorable meal served under lantern-lit trees on a stunning tropical island.
Our extensive wine list features many top vintages from Australia and New Zealand. All meals are included in the price of a Blue Lagoon cruise. With the exception of juice, coffee and tea, which are served with meals, alcohol and beverages are extra.
